Returns & Exchanges
Elaura accepts returns and exchanges provided the garment is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@elauraclothing.com along with your order ID and reason for the request.

Approval & Processing
Once your request is approved via email, our return address will be shared. Upon receiving the product, it will undergo a quality inspection. You will be notified of the outcome within 48 hours of receipt.

• Customers may opt for an exchange for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability).

• In case of a refund, the amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Refunds to the original mode of payment are applicable only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, after inspection by our team.

Exchange Timeline
Exchange processing and dispatch are subject to stock availability. While we strive to ship exchanged items at the earliest, immediate dispatch of the requested size or style cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
For exchanges, reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. The forward shipping of the exchanged product will be covered by Elaura.

Exchange Limit
Elaura allows one exchange per order only. Customers are requested to carefully review size charts and reach out to our support team for assistance before placing an order.

Final Authority
Elaura reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request, and all decisions made by the brand shall be final.
